My work includes:
SHILOH & BROS
Editing the first draft of 25+ YouTube videos. Videos range 20-40 minutes long and post every 3-4 weeks. Videos are edited in tandem with production to have the first full cut done within 24 hours of picture wrap. 1 day of footage takes about 4 hours of editing turnaround. I also work with our Junior Editors to refine their edits and our Lead Editor to help implement director notes into the fine cut.
COLOR GRADING every Shiloh & Bros video, converting it from LOG to Rec.709 to applying the final overall look to the video. We work in both RED Raw and Canon Raw, so I work to color match them shot to shot while also maintaining the creative look of the video. My goal with each video is to create a consistent, colorful, and contrast forward look that makes both the subject and background look good.

EDITING I refine the edits from our junior editors by my own merit as well as following any notes from the directors and producers. This prepares the videos for final delivery to the channel. This work includes picture editing to help the story/emotional beats as well as punch up and add extra humor, adding sound effects and music as needed, final sound mix, color grade, motion graphics, and a final quality check to ensure the video is finalized.
MOTION GRAPHICS I create motion graphics using a combination of custom assets and animations and prebuilt presets and assets to make the visual guide within our challenge videos. I utilize both Premiere Pro and After Effects to accomplish this.
